  • What are your Income Requirements

    For standard approval, we require applicants to make 3x the rent in gross (Before Taxes & Deductions) monthly income. 

  • What are your Credit Score Requirements

    For a standard approval we require a 620+ credit score. 

  • How long does the application process take?

    On average processing time is 2-4 business days. However; if we need to get additional information, or if references do not respond to our inquires, it may take longer.

    - The fitness center is open 24/7 for residents' convenience.

    2. Is there an age restriction?

    - Residents must be 18 or older to use the fitness center independently. Minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

    3. What equipment is available?

    - Our fitness center offers cardio machines, strength training equipment, and functional training stations.

    4. Is the fitness center staffed?

    - While it's accessible 24/7, there's no staff on-site. However, security measures are in place.

    5. Can guests use the fitness center?

    - No, access is limited to residents only.

    6. Who should I contact for assistance?

    - For any issues or questions, contact our property management office during business hours.

    Our sports court offers versatile recreational options, serving as both a half basketball court and a pickleball court. Whether you're shooting hoops or playing pickleball, our sports court provides endless opportunities for active fun right at your doorstep.

    1. What are the hours of operation for the rooftop patio? 

    - The rooftop patio is open from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM Sunday through Thursday, and from 9:00 AM to 10:00 PM on Friday and Saturday. 

    2. What amenities are avaliable on the rooftop patio? 

    - Our rooftop patio features comfortable seating, grilling stations, and a cozy firepit, creating the perfect atmosphere for outdoor relaxation and socializing.

    Summerville Flats 4th Floor Community Room FAQ

    1. What are the operating hours of the 4th floor community room with patio?

    - The community room with patio is open from Sunday through Thursday 9 am to 9 pm and Friday through Saturday 9 am to 10 pm.

    2. Are there specific hours for the patio area?

    - Yes, the patio area is accessible during the same hours as the community room.

    3. Is access to the community room and patio restricted to residents only?

    - Yes, access to the community room and patio is limited to Summerville Flats residents and their guests.

    4. What amenities are available in the community room?

    - The community room may include seating areas, a kitchenette, entertainment options, firepit, grilles and other recreational facilities.

    5. Are reservations required to use the community room?

     - Residents may need to make reservations to use the community room, depending on availability and any community policies in place.

    6. Can residents host events or gatherings in the community room?

    - Yes, residents are welcome to host events or gatherings in the community room, provided they adhere to community guidelines and regulations.

    Summerville Flats Pet Program FAQ

    1. How many pets are allowed per unit?

    - Residents are permitted to have up to two pets per unit as part of our pet program.

    2. Is there a requirement for pets to be enrolled in PooPrints?

    - Yes, all pets must be enrolled in the PooPrints program. This program helps us maintain a clean and enjoyable environment for all residents by ensuring responsible pet waste management.

    3. Is there an additional deposit required for pets?

    - Yes, there is an additional  deposit required for approved pets. 

    4. Are there breed restrictions for pets?

     - Yes, breed restrictions do apply as part of our pet policy. Certain breeds may not be permitted due to insurance and safety considerations. 

    5. Who should I contact for more information about the pet program or to enroll my pet?

    - For further inquiries or to enroll your pet in the PooPrints program, please contact our property management office. Our staff will be happy to assist you and provide any necessary information about our pet program policies and procedures.
